The best food anywhere. You cant beat the price.

Absolutely fabulous! The staff and food is were wonderful! We would make the trip back to Cleveland just to eat there again.

Very nice food. Had a birthday party there treated us like kings and queens but they treat everyone amazing. Only 4 stars because i personally did not like the food so much.

It's alright, affordable, great place to feed kids. Basic Italian dishes, not too happy with Alfredo sauce, similar to making at home. Cozy though, nice place. Don't take my advice, I'm Sicilian and have higher standards on Italian food. Good American cheap Italian food

Went for desert and was really impressed. Real gelato is served here, and very good gelato at that; it's just as if I was in Florence or Rome. The service was very nice as well, very hospitable folks. Give it a try!

My go to in Avon Lake. Great coffee, great service. Very nice people. Maybe turn that drive through into a patio in the summer?

My girlfriend and I love this restaurant. It’s a real from Italy bestro that is old quaint and comfortable. We love the muscles (best I ever had) and many entrees too. Very friendly mom and pop atmosphere also. Great date night for us!!!

Caffè Roma is definitely our best experience in Cleveland! We really felt like we were visiting our Italian family (which we don't have in reality!). The food is simply one of the very best Italian food we ever had, authentic, with amazing flavours and huge portions that allow you to enjoy the pleasure another time with the leftovers you can take home! All the staff is outstanding, they love to discover and to take care of you like you're family! I completely recommend this place if you want an authentic meal in a warm atmosphere, and if you want to meet ones of the nicest persons in the country!Thank you Caffè Roma, you'll stay in our minds if we're coming back to Cleveland :)Anthony and Julie, your French fans!

Awesome. Put this place on your to go to list. Say hello to the owners. Very friendly layed back atmosphere. 🥗 salad's should be included with the cost of the entree's but sadly they are not. I get a little nervous paying $10.00 dollars plus for a pasta dish and salad is not included. Still a great place to go if your looking for an authentic Italian meal.

The best Italian restaurant in town! It's family owned and operated so when you come that's how you're treated, like family. The food is amazing and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. This will become your new favorite place to eat.

Here's a breakdown:Atmosphere: quaint, mom and pop, interesting, casual and comfortableFood: I got a half order of gnocchi bolognase and I couldn't finish it!! BF got lasagna and it was amazing! Great homemade pasta and bread! Unfortunately the sauce was very acidic and the flavor reminded me of chef boyardee except with the meat being a bit too chunky. Price: the half order was $7 and perfectly hit the spot. It seems as though if you want a full course meal, it will be $$, but there are great options to eat smaller servings of food so I give it one $.Service: amazing! The staff was genuine and I got everything I needed!

This is a great place to bring the whole family. They will accommodate you. We were treated like family. Take your time and enjoy. Bread, salad and wine to start. Have to try the veal parmesan. Real veal, thin breaded and tender delicious. All 12 of us loved their choices. Don't miss out on this treasure. The Corenos do it up right!

Best Italian food ever

We had dinner here today and loved it! The food was authentic, fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. The salad was fresh greens with tomatoes, cheese and the best blue cheese dressing I ever ate. If you like a hot and spicy Italian pasta, try the Arrabiatta! We'll be back again soon!

The service and food is great.

Terrible quality of Italian food. I ordered chicken fettuccine. Noodles were very hard. Chicken was really old and the pieces that were not had been undercooked. It had maybe 6 pieces of chicken in the box. And it was way overpriced for how it tasted. Also seasoning was horrible. It was very bland. I’ll never recommend this restaurant and I’ll never go back.

Great little Italian place that serves up traditional old country comfort food. Excellent pizza and a real puttanesca sauce. The pizza pictured below brings back memories of the pies popular in Cleveland's old westside Italian neighborhood's.

Best chicken gorgonzola in town! Caffe Roma is an old school Italian restaurant with great food & great service! This place has so many delicious choices, it's a must try place!!

Great little bar restaurant right down the road from my home. This place is a total gem. Quick speedy service, delicious Italian cuisine, AMAZING GELATO, friendly staff and theres always a place to pop a squat. If you ask for a mixed drink it might take a minute to prepare but they never turn down a request. From pasta and calamari to a hardy meatball sub, you cant go wrong stopping in for a brew and some grub.

This place was GREAT! Me and ~ 12 or so other people came here on a Saturday night in the summer and they were surprisingly not very busy. I understand because this place is easy to miss if you are driving by. However since they were not busy didnt mean that the workers were slacking off or anything at all, it seems like they paid extra attention to us even though we were a large, unexpected group. They are all genuine sweethearts here and the food was pretty great! The service alone made it worth it :) I will definitely be coming back

Place was clean service was very good, the $4.50 salad was just ok on a 1 out 5 I give it a 2, Dinner I had veal parmesan, nice portion of veal and spaghetti, on a 1 out 5 I give it a 3.
